How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who You Will Talk To

Say you send a request on a Tuesday evening. A few days later, your phone rings. On the line is someone from an independent floor coating business in our network. That person is your contact from here on. Lightrings Floor Coating does not run the job, so there are no staff of ours on your driveway.

What the Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give you a fair quote.

  • Is the floor in a garage, basement or another space?
  • About how big is it, in square feet?
  • Are there oil stains, cracks or old paint?
  • Does water ever sit on the slab?
  • What look do you like: solid color, flakes or something custom?

Photos can help a lot, so keep your phone handy.

Questions to Put to the Provider

You get to ask questions too. Here are some good ones.

  • How will you prepare the concrete? Grinding is common.
  • Which coating do you suggest, and why?
  • How long before I can walk or park on it?
  • What does the quote include, in writing?
  • Is there a warranty, and what does it cover?
  • Do you carry insurance and any license your state requires?

Ask before you coat.

The Decision Is Yours

No one here will push you. Get a written quote. Compare it with another if you like. Take time to think. A calm choice usually leads to a better floor.
