Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by telling the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Lightrings Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

We'll confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we'll look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we'll tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
